For the first time since I've started back on WW Program, I'm

really struggling the last few days. I haven't gone off program --- but

I've been at the top of my point range (I'm usually low to middle) -

probably

doing too much snacking at the expense of healthy meals, and slacking off

on my water ..... I've also been feeling pretty low, draggy, tired - no

specific

reason .. just a lot on my mind.

Any suggestions for getting my head back on straight?
