Hi everyone! I had really great news at the scales last night. I

wasn't really expecting much of a loss even though I stayed within my

points and got some (not enough, but some) exercise. I didn't eat

quite as well as I thought I should have. I guess my walks and the

extra water helped offset that, because I lost a kilo (2.2 pounds)

this past week! I was so pleased! :)

Good luck to everyone this week. Especially everyone who is really

struggling right now. It's a really stressful time in the world and

it makes it so difficult to keep your focus. We can do it though!

We just gotta hang tough!!
