I am a vegetarian so it was always an easy source of protein when i ate out. I am on week four and i have already gotten over this obsession. As you probably already notice, cheese can really add up. I use 2% (1 sl = 1 pt) of FF (2 sl = 1pt) Kraft Singles. If i just want a peice of cheese i eat the 2% (more tasty) but if i want to cook w/it, i will use the FF. The other benefit is that it's prepackaged points... you don't have to worry about cutting a piece from a chunk or anything.
