I exercise no less than 30 minutes a day and often more than that, but I don't do it for weight-loss, I do it to help with depression. For years I did not exercise at all and now I can't imagine not...how is that for a lifestyle change!!! (smile) It makes sense why WW would not award (award?) points for excessive exercise. What a good choice in using exercise to help you take control of your depression -- exercise is an excellent anti-depression " pill " , with only good side-effects <smile>. I'm curious -- did your doctor or mental health expert recommend exercise, or did you decide on utilizing it on your own? Isn't it wonderful that women have come to think of describing themselves with the word " athletic " as *positive*, rather than negative?
