Hi !

Welcome! You've just joined the most motivating bunch of

people I've ever met. I've been OP since Jan 22 and tonight I find

out if I've hit my 10%. :)

For the longest time, I was totally convinced that I'd " ruined " my

metabolism. I yo-yo'd for years, then I joined WW and got to goal.

I maintained it for 6 years, then stopped ... why? Stupid. And I

slowly gained weight of course.

At my post-goal highest a few years back (246), I was working

out daily, running, and " eating right. " I could never, ever get lower

than 210. I was convinced it was because I had ruined my

metabolism.

Then, I got back OP. The weight is quite simply dropping off!

Stay here, stay TOTALLY OP and you WILL lose weight...and

prove that #$^% & * doctor wrong!

oh totally!

Anyone who stays on plan 24/7 - realizes this is a lifestyle and adjust

their behavior to reflect their new lifestyle, is going to lose the weight.

24 pounds later, I " m back to wearing miniskirts and low rise jeans.

I've never felt better and my wardrobe is a direct reflection of that:)
