Thanks Kate. I will give the primrose a try one of

these days.My 9 yr. Old hates

lotions,creams,anything,even sunblock.lol.>ut she lets

me put the balm.lol.she thinks its a miracle cream cuz

when she had that accident on her bike and had a

bruise the size of a fist well it faded it and she was

wowedd big time.lol.My 3 yr.old sneak itches.lol.So I

have to check all the time to see if she has scratched

it raw. My 9 yr. Old also has asthma and I have heard

and her doc said sometimes asthma and exzema come in

hand.I dunno.

Another 'natural' approach is Evening Primrose Oil.

Doesn't have that great a smell to it, but sometimes I

put a few drops of Lavender oil in it. You put it on

topically after a bath, before bed, as it is greasy.

It works well. The other real important thing is, that

eczema is a condition that is on the outside of the

body, but it begins inside the body. Eczema is the

result of not enough EFA-essential fatty acid, in the

diet. My friend taught me the trick of buying those

little waffle toasters;make them for breakfast, pour a

tablespoon of flax oil mixed with maple syrup or

cinammon sugar on top of the waffles. It beats mixing

flax oil into OJ and drinking it! Or I'll make my kids

fruit smoothies and put the flax oil in that way--but

it separates if it sits, so ya have to drink up kinda

quick. lol! love to you, kate
