Hi,

I used to vomit very badly all the time....to the point that I lost 50 lbs in

3 months...was hospitalized and put on feeding tube. No anti-nausea med

seemed to work. A friend who was going through chemotherapy was smoking

marijuana for his nausea and suggested I try this. I did and it made me feel

sooo much better...no more nausea and no need to vomit. There were the

" high " side effects, but these were better than the nausea etc. All it took

was a few puffs, so it wouldn't do too much to you mentally.

My nausea/vomiting has drastically reduced over time (I think with the help

of Lamictal -600mg/day-) and when I do feel badly enough I take a few puffs.

My doc is fine with this...if it helps, why not?

One of the other things I have learned is that when I feel the

nausea/vomiting coming on, I do not eat or drink and that seems to help.

Good luck, Winand

If you have truly been vomiting that long, I hope you are also getting

IV fluids so you don't get dehydrated. Tigan is what does the trick for

me, so instead of that, I don't know what to suggest.
