Guest guest
Hieveryone, My lovely brother has provided me with his laptop while he is away , so I have access to all the mail....which is going to be great. Well , I feel I have been to hell and back. I must admit I had only thought of waking up after the operation and just getting through it, that I hadn't thought much about what was really in store for me. Dr and Nurses tell me I have done really well....I feel pretty awful at the moment though. I can get a couple of teaspoons of soup or puree down.....even liquides but about 2 hours later I am vomiting up clear mucus(sorry for those of you with weak stomachs.) a tells me this nausea won't last too much longer. God I hope so. Thanks for chatting with me a..I was really feeling quite out of my depth and miserable to boot. I am finding I feel great in the morning, but afternoons are really bad with the nausea.Any advice on how to overcome it...or will it soon pass? I suppose my biggest worry is causing the band to split with this afternoon wretching. (My heart goes out to those women who have had to deal with morning sickness. It's awful!) Both doctor and staff at Kaleeya were fantastic and I was up and moving around on Day 1. Having the stitches out tomorrow and am hoping to be feelin a heap better. Please any advice on non-nauseating food choices......would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the visit. It was so great to see your success and meet you...and know I'm not alone. Well, will sign off and have a go at some soup for dinner. Take care, Shona ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
Guest guest
Shona, I hope things settle for you soon... Just a suggestion, I was given maxolon for my problems and while reading the leaflet that came in the pack it stated it is used for Nausea.. They are the tinest tablets and you take them four times a day (every six hours)... Maybe give your doctor a call and see what he says about that...
