Guest guest
You were banded on 12/12/00. Do you have any fluid in your band? I have none yet (banded4/12/00) and was under the impression that things couldn't get stuck at this point. Still chewing things like a maniac though. How scary I am so keen to avoid vomiting that I am eating really small meals but I do find if I don't concerntrate I can forget to chew properly. No more Maccas for us. It is awful anyway but the kids like the idea of the visit more than the food I think. How old is your daughter? My 2 are 6 and nearly 4. Guest guest
, I have done that one before too! Like a terrible feeling isn't it. Won't go up and won't go down. My dietitian told me that if you put any food in your fist and close your fist tight, open your fist and if the food is in a ball then don't eat it, if it crumbles then it is safe for us to eat. Since my bread scare I do that if in doubt. For me it was the end of a hot dog my daughter was eating. She offered and I totally forgot about the band and took a small bite. Swallowed and voila'. Now we are smarter! stephanie banded October 4/
