I don't know cranial sacral therapy, I have to look it up but I believe it is something similar to physical therapy. The stretchings are very important to ms patients since we all have some spasticity related problems. What kind of brain do we have, we cannot send signals to our nerves??? Thats how Turkish cofee is, you made me laugh too. You shouldn't put any cream in it. For one serving you put 2 teaspoons full of cofee and sugar enough to your taste and water according to your cup and you stir it while its cold and when you put it over the oven, you continue to stir it till it boils. You have 4 chidren in total, am I right?? Our daughters are the same age, mine is called Deniz and then I have a son 21 years old called Sinan. My daughter has finished the university studying international relations and now working for almost 3 years. Love, Nukhet Get your own web address. Have a HUGE year through Yahoo! Small Business. Guest guest
Nukhet, dear~ I live in New York, USA, and Arcadia U. is in Philadelphia, PA. 5 kids are only hard work, because they, and my spouse are NOT supportive or helpful in terms of my MS. Sometimes, my Kara, the oldest, understands and will run a bath, or read a book at night-time to the younger kids. It is difficult, and tiring. But I trust in the Lord, and I pray He continues to give me strength and perseverance. Blessings to you~kate Re: to you Kate I have understood everything wrong, where was I while reading???
