ATP Eval REQUIRED for 2008 Wheelchairs?

Hello All:

Does anyone know if Medicare is going to REQUIRE an ATP certifed

practitioner evaluation for w/c's starting in 2008?

I know they are going to require the ATP credential but is Medicare

saying that power w/c's are going to REQUIRE an evaluation?

As it stands now, Medicare does not require a therapist evaluation so I

am wondering if this is going to continue in 2008.
