Guest guest
I have Medicare, which DOES pay for this, but I have friends who have Diabetes Types I and II in all their family. They finally gave up and joined Kaiser-Permanente Health Plan (HMO) where they (gasp!) actually get the generic forms of their insulins and pay a mere $2.00 per co-pay! I think that the fee is about $30.00 per month! Best I could think of for you, Bill and for , too! love to you all, n Rojas PS I no longer belong to Kaiser, but found it more than adequate when I did! M.~ --------- Re: pain Do you have neuropathy? My guess is that it's MS simply because I have foot pain and spasms and they are killer sometimes. But if you are diabetic and neuropathy is an issue...you should have it checked out.Mindy>> I'm confused about this intense burning/stabbing pain in my left foot/toe. I've had it periodically, but it is constant now. Is it MS related? I hear about peripheral neuropathy--and wonder if this is the pain of MS or PN? It really, really hurts. I'm wondering also, if the Tegretol I'm taking for my trigeminal neuralgia pain, will 'cover' this pain in my foot? I hope this pain stops--I have alot to do, and it is interferring with my chores...love to all, kate> Hugs
