Guest guest
Wow, Mindy, I know the humidity has been bad here as well, so it's got to be really rough on you. If I were you, I wouldn't do any more than I had to. Do you have anymore days to go? Or are you done now? I hope you get to feeling better soon. God bless...Val @};- The humidity did me in.. I was doing great at the cancer relay...made it through the first day and night. Sometime early in the a.m. it rained (I was sleeping in my pop-up camper) and with the morning heat the humidity is what finally did me in. In fact, today, my legs are concrete in the upper thigh, jello in the knee and calves and then concrete in the ankles in feet. Isn't that weird? I slept most of the day to catch up but I can feel the humidity is what really did me in. No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG Free Edition. Guest guest
Hey Mindy! How are you feeling now? Any better? Maybe it was a combo of the heat and everything you did that effected your legs. It is strange how that works. My legs can be wobbly jelloie all at the top of my thighs and hips then stiff at my knees and calves and wobbly at my ancles. Pretty crazy.. Dosnt make walking any easier does it? Well, hope your feeln better, take it easy k. lots of luv, cassy --- MSersLife wrote: > I was doing great at the cancer relay...made it through the first day > and night. Guest guest
I'm not doing too well. My left leg has not been cooperative. I keep telling it to mind me but it has some other plan to take over the world. Afterall, what other possible thing could be more important then obeying the person who is putting her full weight on you at every step. Grrrrr........ Plus, I'm tired and grumpy and can't seem to get my act together to get some shows booked for July. My poor family is going to starve!! Guest guest
Mindy, I'm sorry to hear you are feeling badly now but so glad you were able to get through the first day AND night. That's a long time to go!!! Good for you. It seems when we push ourselves, as we all seem to do, we pay for it. We know we are going to pay for it, but for such a wonderful cause. I hope you are feeling better soon and hope you made out well with all your nice cold foot soaks!!!! Hugs, Peggy > > I was doing great at the cancer relay...made it through the first day > and night.
