Writing a Justification for Captial Budget Improvements

It is capital budget request time at our hospital and I have written a

justification for both remodeling/renovation and equipment. Since I am

competing with other departments (like radiology, …) for funds, I am

looking for some objective data on the impact (positive I hope) that

updating space and equipment can have on an outpatient physical therapy

clinic. Does anyone have any input or suggestions? Any information

would be helpful. Thanks.
