Guest guest
I'm at a loss..we recently switched from Nystatin to Ampho B and it's been about a week now..Well once my son was on the full recommended dosage of 4 times daily he started getting pretty explosive diarrhea..then I scaled back to 3 times a day because he was also getting caprilyic acid AND GSE..(which I also scaled back on as of today)..Well my NT daughter (who is 14 months old) has also had diarrhea lately so I'm beginning to think they both might have something bacterial or viral..Is there anything recommended for these situations? I still believe there may be an issue with the Ampho B since my son (who has multiple allergies) has slight rash on his torso and his eczema is OUT OF CONTROL suddenly..he's stratching so much I believe he make have developed a staph infection..so frustrated as we currently have no health insurance since my husband recently lost his job (I have Dr.'s who can call in scripts for me if needed though)..Any advice? If he does indeed have a staph infection there is no way around antibotics, right?? Thanks for all responses, Shaz
Guest guest
I have no advice for you, but your state should pick up your kids for free health insurance if your husband has lost his job. I would call social services for and try to get on.
