" Obviously, a chemistry buff! Someone else said that it is baking POWDER that could have aluminum in it. There is also a letter from Arm & Hammer stating that there is no aluminum in their baking soda. A year or so ago, I wrote to Arm & Hammer (it's the only brand I can get here in Costa Rica) and asked about aluminum. They replied stating no aluminum.
