Guest guest
We are using Medadept software tools integrating scheduling, billing and electronic documentation with their handheld IPED product and have been extremely happy. I'd encourage you to take a look at this product. I know they do demos as well. Re: billing software We do use MedBill Pro and love it. I actually have two locations and we have them remotely connected and it's worked extremely well for us. I would suggest that you at least get a demo from Technologies. We looked at several differnt vendors and all of them have good and bad points, we ended up with PTOS. I felt it was moderatly priced but is able to give all of the functions we were looking for. As with any software it is not perfect and we have had issues; however overall I am pleased with it. Others that I looked at closely were Lytech, turbo PT and medisoft. I suggest you contact each vendor and get a sample, PTOS will go through a web based demo. Check out their web site www.stewtech.com << ------------------ That's what I'm using as well, and of course I have nothing to compare it to other than the previous edition of it, but I do like it so far. The service that I have received from the owner over the past few months has been more than outstanding. Being new at this whole insurance billing thing, I am running into tons of boulders along the way, but with Warren's help I've been able to manage pretty well. He has even helped me with Medicare problems that didn't have anything to do with the software, he is really great to deal with. At least that has been my experience. Guest guest
I also use med-bill pro and I love it. The software is very user friendly and easy to learn. The updates are meaningful and he takes suggestions from us(providers) in regards to the contents of the updates. The technical support is great also. K.
