New jersey proposal for all to be medically insured

Hoping this law passes and everyone in the state of New Jersey is

covered under medical insurance. Will physical therapy be covered?

Also will out setting physical therapy facilities be covered?

I came across a patient who has Aetna insurance and her policy only

covers office visits for therapy. We all know we do not bill for

office visits. Has anyone come across a policy like this and if you

did how did u approach the situation?
