Guest guest
I'm sure this has been talked about already here, but I'm too tired to search the archives. Can anyone list a link that tells why the EPA should be higher as opposed to DHA for autism supplements? I have seen this in Sally Kirk's book and Dr. McCandless' book too. I'd like to show it to my son's naturopath, who said we should have higher DHA than EPA. He is not a DAN! dr, so I'm wondering if this is DAN! info? We currently are using Nordic Naturals DHA Strawberry. My son takes 4 softgels a day, which gives him DHA 900 mg EPA 180 mg Other omegas 80 mg Is this something to even worry about (more DHA than EPA)? Or should we switched to something with more EPA?
