Jackie and I do stay in touch. She was dxed with another disease called Dercum's. I think she posted about it while you weren't online for awhile. Dercum's is a rare disease and causes the fatty, painful tumors under the skin. From what I understand it makes it really hard to move around. Maybe she'll drop in and say hi to all of us soon. I'll let her know you were asking about her Val.hugs))Sharon Question...where is Jackie? Does anyone know what happened to Jackie? Is she not here anymore. I haven't seen or heard from her in quite awhile. I hope she's alright. God bless...Val

Oh my...I'm sorry to hear that. I've got her email around here somewhere, I'll try to find it and send her an email. But, it sounds like she probably doesn't get online much now.

Is Dercum's cureable? I think I'll look it up. I'd never heard of it before.

Thank you...I would appreciate if you'd let her know that I've asked about her. She's my AI buddy and it just wasn't the same watching it this season without her.

God bless you.... Val

http://dercums_data.tripod.com/brorson.html Some history and description of the

condition here; one wonders how often this diagnosis is missed. Love to Jackie, Val,

and to you as well,

Thank you n, for the link. I went there and read up on it. I had never heard of this before. It's just so mind boggling. From the what I read and could understand, it seems this disease is probably missed quite often. I'm pretty sure it's not listed very high on the priority scale. And to think, some of these people suffer from Dercums for many years before passing without ever being dx.'d. Pretty sad.

God bless.... Val
