Guest guest
Can you see this pic? Or does it not come out? This is the SunEZ3 USX trike I want--however, it is $1100..jeepers! My hub wants us to go on our family bike outings again, and I can't on my mountain bike. My hands go numb, my back spasms, and my balance is off. This trike has the hand part down low. IT does weigh alot at 65 lbs, it is one of the heaviest trikes. But it is not for racing, and I don't race anyway. Just want to get around, bicycle again, and perhaps take part in one of the MS bike tours--there is one coming up at the end of Sept. love to all, kate> No neither one, my biggest trouble is not whilling to put out > the money for one. Guest guest
, just to attempt to describe how it all works; parts of Medicare are different: Part C covers certain types of custodial care and does not cost extra. Part D, for prescrip tion drugs requires that one sign up for a plan; I have AARP, but you can call 1-800- MEDICARE, and enquire about the plans; the worst that will happen is that you will have to cope with no end of prompts as you wait! One is usually forced into another plan at the end of each year for Part D, but not always. Parts D and B are both largely privatised; that is Medicare contracts them out to providers, the prescription parts, that is; usually that is largely diabetes medication or respiratory medication. Part A is for any time you are in a hospital, even ER, and is what is "Original Medicare." I pray daily to whatever powers that be (and call my senators in Washington) that Medicare be con tinued, not only for my generation, but for all those to come. Best of luck with all this! Guest guest
You can check out the Medicare website http://www.medicare.gov/ or get the phone number from the website and call them. They have actually been very helpful to me on the phone every time I've called them. I think they take about $90 from my SSDI but I'm too lazy to go and look at the paperwork. I was very leery of Medicare Part D at first but it has actually turned out to be a very good thing for me. Thank goodness for Part D! There are a few glitches in it like the coverage gap but it's still a good thing.
