I think they are great . I get them too, but not everyone on the

list is...so keep it coming " !

MANGO-LIME CHICKEN

I have been sending these recipes which are low carb. Are these being

useful, or should I stop doing it?

MANGO-LIME CHICKEN

Yield: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

- 3 chicken breasts, boned, halved, and skinned

- 1/4 cup orange juice

- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

- 2 tablespoons mango chutney

- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

- 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

DIRECTIONS

Combine the chicken breasts with all remaining ingredients.

Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.

The next day, prepare and outside grill with an oiled rack set

6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat

to medium. Grill the chicken breasts for 6 minutes on each side

until the chicken is cooked through.
