Hi all,

Has anyone used the dart charting system for tracking rug

categories in short term and long term care. Have you found it useful?

Any feedback would be helpful.

Thank You

I have used quite extensively especially in TCU's in SNF. I found the

tool handy to determine the best RUG/ARD especially with nursing

extensive services. Nursing is crucial with this tool because it really

analyzes the ADL index and caregiver burden of care. It also assists

with DC planning with the therapists and with nursing if the patient is

not consistent on each shift relating to gait and self care performance.

Certainly give me a call if you want further details. Thanks
