Is this the submitted charge based on " your " fee schedule or one based on say, RBRVS? Inasmuch as our fee schedule has been unchanged for years, where it once was based on our costs, etc., we now are dictated to by most third party insurers. Nice question, just don't know what it all means if we do not have some common ground. Same with reimbursement. Thanks, A. This would be off the charge master, and is independent of actual reimbursement.
