I also am looking into impairment ratings. I was unable to attend

the ergoscience course because of a scheduling conflict. I have

found an website (impairment.com) that looks promising. I still have

more due diligence to do, but so far it looks legit, although

expensive. Might be worth checking out if you don't want to wait

until next year to take the ergoscience course.
