Hi ,

Thank you for letting me know that you haven't had a reply from BBI Health

Care.

I have just been in contact by phone with them, and I have spoken with a

lady named, Sian . She has indicated that the person dealing with

that particular Email address, has been off sick for a few days, and

hopefully will be back in the office tomorrow, Wednesday 23rd, or Thursday.

Why they seem to train only one person to handle this particular Email

address, I haven't a clue!

So I hope both you and should get a reply when he returns back to

work.

All I can do, is humbly apologise for any difficulties that you are having.

Danny, It never hurts to ask questions!

Re: introduction and prodigy update

Hi ,

Thanks for the info. I have some protein spillage, but I' am not at kidney

failure yet. So I probably will not qualify for a transplant. Perhaps I

should ask my doctor some questions though!

Hi Otis,

Everybody will like to hear this! After phoning the company, I found out

that Diagnostic Devices will swap the have to be coded meter for self

coding meters. All one will have to do is take it back to where it was

purchased and swap it for a new self coding Prodigy meter once it is

available. Isn't that great?! I will keep everybody updated.

Hi Ruth,

I'm from BC and have had diabetes for 15 years (I'm only 24 so I think the

youngest on the list). I didn't know the Prodigy meter and strips were

available in Canada.

Welcome to the list.

No , I live in Oklahoma, a state just about in the geographic center of

the United States.

We are pretty much on the southern edge of theGreat Plains and the

countryside around Tulsa is more rolling hills and vegetation.
