I just got my Rx from my neuro for a cooling vest and hat. Got to get the papers in the mail - it's supposed to be over 90 all week here !

Some good news! I applied through the MS Foundation for a free cooling hat, neck cooler and wrist coolers. I received the items yesterday! I am looking forward to the wrist coolers. They should help me a lot.
