We are a same practice and of cource do not have a large budget. I have tried mailings, referral pads, calanders, quarterly news letter, faxes, office visits, etc. We get the doctors families and their staff and close friends, but other patients go elsewhere. I do special favors for the physicians who call and ask. But I just can't seem to break their office staff of sending them to the local novacare. I know it is easier to send them there because you never have to think about what insurances they take. Well, enough rambling and suggestions would be great.
