Guest guest
Joe, There is a link somewhere on the APTA website. I do disagree with a couple that they have listed, tho. HEP and ES are not commonly known by social workers, nurses, case managers and physicians that may read our notes. But that list is a good place to start. Our medical center has a list through the formulary. I was able to go to a medical records meeting and get them to approve a couple of new ones; " yes " to EOB for edge of bed but " no " to POC for plan of care because it could also be point of care for certain tests. Have fun. Bonnie Swafford, PT University of Kansas Hospital >>> jruzich@... 03/08/06 2:17 PM >>> PT Manager, Does anyone have a list of accepted abbreviations for PT?
