Whirlpool for wound care

Does anyone have Wound Care Protocols or clinical pathways they would be

willing to share? We are still getting a ton of whirlpool referrals.

We have pulsed levage for wound cleansing, however, our MD's still order

W/P. Having a protocol approved by the Med Exec Committee always

streamlines treatment. Any citations to literature that would be

helpful in steering patient care away from this modality to something

more effective would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
