Ask her to put that policy in WRITING. Taht will be useful to you later when you're working on qualifying for disability or whatever. Otherwise, it's just your word vs hers, and she can say *but we would have ...*Just playing devil's advocate here. Get it in writing. That can't be right...in WV it was $1,700 for a family of three, HOW can it be that for a family of FOUR? Is there another agency you can try? That just doesn't make sense...Keep trucking...
