I have been taking 1,000 for about six months after breakfast, because that

is when I remember. There is no taste to them, they are gnc brand, and they

make me the smartest person in the world. Don't believe everything you

read. lol

Hi Vicki,

I took Victors advice and take them before dinner. The first time I took

one after it digested I got the fish taste.
