Hello Martha:

I don't believe that 97003 (OT Evaluation) is an appropriate code for

doing driving evals. The 97003 code is used to establish a plan of

treatment. I am pretty sure that the driving eval is a one-time charge

for which no plan of treatment would be generated.

Perhaps, 9775 (Physical Performance Test) is a better choice.
