Guest guest
Hello Martha: I don't believe that 97003 (OT Evaluation) is an appropriate code for doing driving evals. The 97003 code is used to establish a plan of treatment. I am pretty sure that the driving eval is a one-time charge for which no plan of treatment would be generated. Perhaps, 9775 (Physical Performance Test) is a better choice.
