Hernia Repair following Tram Flap Reconstruction

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I've posted. As some of

you know, I had tram flap reconstruction a couple of years ago. This

past August, I had incisional hernia repair as a result of the tram

flap. The operation kept the muscle " down " for awhile, but now it is

bulging even worse than before the repair operation! I'm going back

to the doctor the middle of January (earliest I could get in). I

have a feeling I am going to have to have more surgery; however, from

what I've read, subsequent attempts to repair this type of hernia are

not usually successful or they don't last long.

Has anyone else had problems with the abdomen muscle after a tram

flap? I've lost a lot of weight, but the bulging muscle is very

discouraging.

Thanks.
