Guest guest
Rose, I am glad that you are beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel, Just a word of caution, if you take elavil, take it early. I took it around 5Pm because if I took it any later I could not get up in the morning. Too sleepy. Just another thought - I started having a reduction in pain with the elavil within a day or so. I never had to increase the dosage. But I stopped taking it after about a month because it made me too sedated. Hope it does not do that to you. Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'm on Elavil 10 mg. once daily and haven't noticed any improvement as yet. I have only been on it one week though. Could someone tell me what the drug Neurontin does, and why it's so effective in treating pain. I know I haven't given the Elavil enough time to start working, but I am desperate for some relief of this evil pain I'm experiencing, and I want to try and enjoy Xmas with my family. Can anyone help? I want to stay hopeful! Thanks, Rose
