keto friendly/seizure friendly cough/cold meds

Hi all,

I have been looking around for some keto friendly cough/cold meds. for , and was wondering if any of you have anything that you are happy with?

is one of those kids who will not get through a cold without an infection, if I do the typical keto things, like using only Vicks, nose spray, etc.

She needs something that will keep her from getting that congested nose, to prevent it going to her ears, throat, or sinuses.

I have tried Codimal but disovered it has Sorbitol. There is a definite connection to increased seizures whenever we've used it.

Also, I worry about antihistamines causing more seizures.

Are any of you in this same position during cold/flu season, and what do you do about it? What about pharmacies that will make up a keto friendly cold/cough med?
