question about drain after lymph node disection

I had left modified radical mastectomy yesterday, with lymph node

disection. They had told me to just pin the drain bottle by the tab

to the inside of my blouse. Well, that tends to pull the shirt down,

so I tried pinning to the sport bra I have. But it seems no matter

where I pin it, it looks like a lump under my shirt. Does anyone

have any suggestions on handling this issue with the drain bottle?

My surgery went well, and I feel wonderful though very exhausted.

I'm learning a lot from reading old messages here, and I thank you

for any input on the drain, that you can offer. God bless...
