Hello my Dear Friends:

I hope everyone is having a wonderful New Year's Day. Last night I spent the New Year's Eve with my congregation at our Church in fact no one wanted to leave until 1:00 AM this morning. We had a great time bringing in the new years fellowship around the table with food and games and then we went upstairs to the chapel and brought in the New Years with our Lord and Savior. It was just wonderful we helped our people think of the past as well as the future. We kind of did a cute little skit which everyone like as well. I am not good at the skit thing but I did alright I guess.

My friend Betty gave me a hug before we left for our home and said Ronda I hope this year is a healthier one for you. I know it isn't starting out very well with Chemotherapy but if it will save your life you need to do it. I want you to know I am here for you for what ever bridge you have to cross this year. I thanked her and told her she is the best friend/boss I could ever have and I think God for her everyday.

Tomorrow I start a stronger dose of Chemotherapy for the next 18 weeks. I have an appointment to talk with a surgeon on Monday to see what they can do to make sure this beast stays out of me. I know before anyone says anything there is never that guarantee but I want what ever needs to be done so I can go on with my life. These past year has been a nightmare for me and I want to get back to the responsibilities I have so others do not have to step in for me. My oncologist has already said that he wants me to work as much as I can but toward the middle of these treatments I will not be able to work that much at all. The key thing is to listen to your body which is always hard for me I am a doer and I want to keep up with all my responsibility that is what hurts me more than anything else. Keep me in your prayers that I will let others do for me. That I will listen to my body which is the hardest part for me.

I would like to thank each of you for all the love and support that you have given me this past year. I would like to specially thank Doris, nne and Georgia. God has blessed each of you as encouragers. May God Bless each of us as we continue encouraging each other as we continue praying for each other and as we continue our treatment and surgeries ahead of each one of us.

Blessings on each of you,

Hugs and Prayer,

Love,

Ronda

Hi Ronda,

Sounds like you had a nice New Years eve. We went to bed! LOL I was asleep by 9pm.

I know its hard to let others do for you. I am the same way. But it is VERY important to listen to your body. I am sure if you post something and you are doing too much we will all get after you :) Lots of prayers for you. I am here if you need anything.

Hugs
