I just have to wait till the lawyer files the paper work with the court, and

then for the signature. Which she told me she would do. They are going to

list Ken & I both. s dad will also have to sign the papers. So the

lawyer is going to take them to him. Told me that I have a good case and

even if the mother didnt sign the judge probably would.
