Guest guest
, I thought it was interesting about the remarks you made about doing biofeedback at home. I understand exactly where you are coming from. I have been doing biofeedback with my PT for a couple of mths. now. I have also been doing it at home on my own. I like you thought that I was doing great at holding the kegel, and relaxing when I let go. Today at my appt. I did biofeedback, and my pelvic floor was very high. I tried to bring it down, but it was not easy. I had to hold the contraction for 15 sec. and rest for 10 sec. It was really difficult to do. I could get the line up for about 10 sec., but when it was time to relax I had great difficulty letting go. My PT thinks that biofeedback is really helpful to me, and is looking into getting me a home unit. Don't give up, with practice it gets better.
