Guest guest
I just thought some of you ladies would get a kick out of what a " spaz " I was at the doctor's office on Thursday night. I went to see my GYN in NJ just to speak to him in his office about some concerns. I was very preoccupied and the nurse brings me in. She telIs me to have a seat. So, I start to sit down and she says " Sheryl what are you doing that is the Doctor's chair " . LOL I think I turned as red as an apple. I was like oops I am so preocuppied that I didn't realize. She was like I don't think Dr. C would mind if you sat in his chair but he might get confused when he comes in and sees you sitting there. LOL. I said to her I am quite embarrassed and please don't mention this. The thing about it is his chair is not one of those big leather chairs. It was the same color of the chair as the one I sit on except a little larger. Heeeheeehee. On another note, Dr. Ledger is sending me the new article that was just published this past month but it is different then the Interlugan 1- From my understanding it discusses Vaginitis and goes into how physicians should know how to detect the difference between this and Vulvodynia. The great thing about this article is that it is a popular medical journal that many GYNS prescribe to. His article like I mentioned before is in BIG LETTERS on the front page of this physicians magazine. ****For those of you who take Vioxx for this condition or any other for that matter please be very careful. There are a lot of side effects regarding this medicine and FYI one is hypertention. I unfortunately have been trying to get my b/p down since Tuesday and I am now taking two different medications for this. My doctor said that it may take anywhere from a week to a month for my pressure to normalize. On Tuesday it was 184/105. (the normal b/p is 120/80). Meanwhile I am waiting for this medicine to take affect and then hopefully will be able to go off all these meds in about a month. (I hope) I also know that my doctor is being extra cautious and ran a bunch of blood work and urine tests. Take care all and feel well!
