Hi Gabby

I know what you mean about some doctors and having to almost walk them through things. Just too bad. *sigh* Well, at least if you have the Estriol, I'd continue using it, it shouldn't hurt you at least. You might ask for those small free samples of Estrace most doctors get and he'll figure it's not too dangerous to give you that and since we need such a little bit, it might be enough (ask for 3 or 4) haha..... or ask him if you can at least give it a trial run for a few months and ask what's the worse that could happen and so far what he's given you certainly hasn't helped. Sounds logical to me eh? ;(

As to having your hormones tested with Saliva, most legitimate reports I've seen don't agree with those and say there's nothing like a real blood/serum test for them, so I'm not sure if I'd go by that alone or trust it myself.

I also am not sure I've ever read of Testosterone making one gain weight, usually they think of that with the higher Progesterone levels, as right before our periods, or when we add it with HRT or use the P. creams as some do or someone on Birth control pills which are progesterone dominant.

You 'may' have nerve damage, that I wouldn't know, but just the trauma to your tissue over the years if you say you didn't lubricate well, 'might' do it just having constant or chronic irritation.. Especially if you were dry to start with then 'went wild' *chuckle*.

In my case the lubrication was always there and more than enough, but it still didn't help so I'm not real sure if that might have been a cause for you or not. I 'still' ripped or tore, or split so for what that's worth.

The Oranges I think would irritate that tissue, *ouch* Ooooh hurts to think of it. Maybe you can try diluting the urine by drinking a lot of water to get it out of your system? But I know sometimes when I was like that, even water burned *sigh*.

Wish I knew what else to say, but anyway just a few comments and sure wishing you relief soon! Take care and good luck!

Big hugs

Dee~
