When I figured them off the bag that I use, they come

up at a perfect 4.1 ratio using the meal planner. The

meal planner itself lists macademia nuts at a 3.32

ratio -- but I prefer to use the exact figures. FYI,

I use the dryroasted macademia nuts from Trader Joe's.
