It does work, I use sea salt baths when I'm doing worse. I just get the

kind in the food section (that way I know it has no purfumes or dies in it).

It generaly helps bring inflammation down. I havent been taking them

latley because I have been feeling better recently:) but as long as it is

not that purfumed kind of sea salt, I cant immagine it doing any harm.

Kathy,

I've been away for most of the week b/c of a new job and training for

it but I just wanted to say that I use sea salt in my sitz baths. I

use it conjunction with baking soda in the water in my sitz bath. I

use this combination regardless of the temperature of the water b/c

sometimes I need to use cold water to help with burning and like that.

If you have any questions about what I do please feel free to e-mail

me privately since I have gone on no mail and am reading and replying

to messages from the group site.

Take care,
