Guest guest
Well, I have a similar dilema. It does seem to cause irritation when I use it the tissue gets red and it feels a little raw when I touch it BUT on the up side the 24/7 burning is better and before I started using it I had sever burning after sex ( like acid) during the last half of my cycle and that has greatly improved ( so far It hasn't been that long so I hate to jinx myself, I keep waiting for the flare up) I also had rectal burning that was as irritating as the vulvar burning and for the last 2 weeks it has been gone.(again knock on wood!!!) I was told back in April that it would cause irritation in the begining, so I am going to suck it up and keep at it. I think the tissue is looking better though it has been so long since it was normal I am not sure exactly what it used to look like!! I also had some pretty nasty heavy white discharge (all tests normal) that seems to be clearing up. so I am hopeful yet Guarded ( I have had my hopes up before). I'll keep you posted, Daphne
Guest guest
I was just reading on one of Glazers sites, that the irritation from the esrace is normal and the slight itching is "healing" tissue. Which makes sense. I am just trying daily to convince myself that this is going to work!!! He also says you can have estrace componded in vitamin e oil (interesting) to reduce the sting! Thought I would share. Daphne
Guest guest
Before you have it compounded in Vitamin E check to see if you are sensitive to the Vitamin E. I am definitely - it makes me 1000% worse. But not right away. It starts burning a couple of hours later.
