Guest guest
here is the recipe for chocolate mousse ( it is involved and not good for dairy free diets)... 240g heavy whipping cream 42g nestle baking chocolate 64g egg yolk 180g heavy whipping cream scald and stir in a saucepan over low heat: the cream, equivalent of 1/4 cup sugar, and the chocolate pour part of these ingredients over the beaten egg yolks return the sauce to the pan. stir the custard constantly over low heat until it thickens slightly. do not overcook. you may strain it. cool by placing the pan in cold water. in a separate bowl, whip the second amount of cream until stiff. Add 1 tsp vanilla. fold the cold custard into the whipped cream mixture until well blended. fill custard cups with mousse. chill thourougly before serving. per 100 g= 3.14g prot; 37.59g fat ; 3.07g carb __________________________________________________
