Hi everyone,

Well it's been almost 2 weeks since I started with my physical therapy with

a

kinestheologist and recently a chiropractor, (I think I spelled them

right), anyhow,

no real improvement yet. I'm being taught some abdominal and pelvic

exercises

and the chiropractor seems sincere enough in trying to help me alleviate

some of

my leg and buttock pain, especially when sitting.

I've been on Elavil 10 mg. for 5 days with no side-effects, except feeling

tired and

sleepy, but that's ok because I have difficulty sleeping at night anyway.

Other than

that, everything else is ok. I haven't noticed any change in the pain

level yet but I

guess it's still too early. Saturday was a good day, but Sunday, Monday

and today

were not so good. I've had a lot of itching lately and I was wondering if

that is due

to the estrogen creme??

Just thought I'd keep everyone posted. Bye for now,

Rose

Rose,

The estrogen cream can definitely cause itching. You might want to cut back

on your frequency until the itching clears up.
