Guest guest
Betty, I noticed that you said that you were from Michigan, so am I. I'm in Metro Detroit near Mt. Clemens. My mom is a breast cancer survivor since April 2001. I'm a member of the group because it helps me deal with what's going on with my mom. Lots of prayers for Ronda! Thank you for being such a good friend to Ronda! God Bless! My favorite quote in the Bible is Philippians 4:13: I can do ALL things through HIM who strengthens me! Guest guest
Betty you are such a wonderful friend....I don't know any words of encourgment but my prayers are with you and Ronda.....and I pray that God will take the pain away......and remove this person from her life.......and remember what God brings us to He will bring us through......and at the lowest time in our lives He will take us in His arms and shield us from pain.......I don't know if you read any of my post but my sister was beaten to death last month......and the only consolu-tation I have is that God sent His angels to take the pain for her.....there is nothing I can do for her but my heart goes out to her family.....will keep you in my prayers that God will see you both through......I would suggest the ID caller and for all the ones that are unavailable or different area code you take the call.....or whoever is there at the moment....she doesn't have to answere those and if you know any that are out of area that would be calling tell them they can call let ring once hang up and call back.....Angel Huggs & many Prayers Majorb1@... wrote: Hello Everyone:Ronda needs your prayers! Guest guest
Hello Betty Both of you will be in our prayers. I too was raped many years ago by a boyfriend and I will tell you first hand it never really goes away from our thoughts. I was beat badly and the disk in my back were messed up and I suffer pain everyday of my life for it. I was 17 and I am now 42 so it will last a life time.I cant even imagine though what she is going through just coming out of the hospital.I can say prayer does help, she has to give it to the Lord and if she doesnt we have to pray that the Lord will relieve her of the pain she is having and the fear, fear is not from God. I also, like some of the other ladies suggest, I would notify the police so that they have a record of it in case he does try to contact her again Love deb

I am going to the office for a couple of hours tomorrow Betty said I can go for two hours only. But I have a prayer request I have a friend who has been fighting cancer for the past three years. No, it is not breast cancer but it is cancer and to me cancer is cancer. She has melanoma and they have done all they can for her there are no other options. They gave her 2-3 years but than on Friday it was changed to 2-3 days. Please keep this family in your prayers. Gladys was my parents boss she is a minister just like I am and she is a sweetie. I am having a really rough time with this because it makes me think will I be able to win this battle. But, I talk to Betty and we prayed for her family and to help me to continue fighting. I know we all have a time and God only knows when that time is so we are to keep sharing His love with others and that is what I am doing. I just thought I would share my feelings of my dear friend I am so sad that she has had to suffer during her whole retirement. Talk with you soon. Thanks for listening. Blessing and hugs to each of you. Your in my Prayers, Ronda
Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I am so sorry to hear about your lost pet. Pets are valuble members of the family. I know I would be beside myself if I had lost one of my pets. Be sure to call all your local animal shelters, kennels, including police stations and let the animal warden know your pet is missing. A lot of people who find an animal will call a large or main shelter not realizing that most towns have their own. Some of these smaller shelters will after a few days send the animals to a larger or main one, but not all. Check the small town papers, as many small papers will put an add for a "found animal" for free. Also go outside and call often. So they can follow your voice home. On the rare occasion my kitties have slipped out I have known them to be frightened and hiding. Only my voice could coax them to come out of hiding. Except for the one female who just LOVED it outside she wouldn't come home until she had her fill of the great outdoors. Being a Catholic I will offer a prayer request to ST. Francis the patron Saint of animals, to watch over your kitty. And another prayer will go to St. the Saint for lost things, to find your cat and help it find its way home. I will light a candle for you both. I hate to have to mention this part, but you also should call your city/town maintanence crew. If the worst has happened to your cat, they will most likely know. I really hope that your cat is well, but if the worst has happened at least you will have a chance to say good-bye and closure. Let us know when your cat comes home. Thoughts and prayers, Sue

Guest guest
Ronda, I will keep Grace in my prayers as well as you and Betty. Hugs nne Breast Cancer Patients Soul Mates for Lifehttp://www.geocities.com/chucky5741/breastcancerpatients.html Check out my breast cancer ornaments at:http://www.geocities.com/chucky5741/bcornament.htmlalso check out my other ornaments and lots of nice gifts at:http://www.cancerclub.com Prayer Request A couple of months ago I asked prayer for a lady her name is Grace she is a member of my church. Grace has leukemia they did chemo but it is to fast growing that it was best to send her home to finish out her time. She is 72 years old and she went home this past Monday. This morning we got a call saying that she is not responding at all. So, it is in matter of time when she will be going home to Heaven to meet her maker and be in no more pain. I ask that you would pray for her family. I also ask that you pray for myself and the Grindle's as we minister to her family during this time. As many of you know we are minister with the Salvation Army and she has been a faithful member for 25 plus years. This has been specially hard on me because I haven't been able to go see her and I feel terrible about that but she told Betty the other day tell Captain (that's me) that I am thinking about her and praying for her I just happen to send her a little something and told Betty to tell her I am thinking about her and praying for her. I still feel terrible, Grace doesn't want me to feel bad she wants me to fight this cancer and win. I feel bad that she can't fight hers I will keep you all inform when she does pass away. Thanks for your prayers and encouraging words. Blessings, Ronda
