Guest guest
glad to hear the the results were positive! CHRIS MY Sonogram Results We we got back around 3pm and spent sometime outside. Everything went well. There is a baby within the uterus. It's measuring small by about a week but does have a heartbeat. The sono tech noticed an additional sac but no baby. It appears that my body absorbed a twin. She couldn't tell me much except to call my doctor. I actually spoke to him while still at the hospital. I go back for another visit in 2 weeks. It's was a mix of emotions but all in all I'm thankful it's not something much worse. It does explain my high hcg level. Thank you everyone for the thoughts and prayers. It meant so much to me. Guest guest
, I can understand the mix of emotions, but I am very glad that they were able to see the baby and locate the heartbeat. That has to be some relief to you. I hope the rest of the pregnancy goes off without a hitch. You continue to be in my thoughts. Guest guest
, I had a similar experience with my last pregnancy, except that no one noticed the extra sac until it broke...3 months early. It left me with a 2 night stay in the hospital to make sure the baby was really okay and the feeling that I had lost something I never knew I had. I'm glad the baby is healthy. Focus on that. Guest guest
, That is wonderful! I had the same thing with Greggory. We had an empty sac. If Greggory turned out ok then I am sure this pregnancy will go fine. Maybe bumpy for you but good for the baby:) Jacquie H > We we got back around 3pm and spent sometime outside.
