Guest guest Posted October 3, 2003 Report Share Posted October 3, 2003 When the Dr gave me the new meds for my osteo and upped the vioxx, he gave me a new med for my stomach as he said the combination might upset my stomach. Well I have not been taking it. Last night at work my stomach started coming up to my throat, someone looked at me ans said look out she going to throw up. Well I did. Geez I could hardly breathe it burned so bad it was like someone poured acid down my throat, at the time I couldnt figure out what was going on. someone brought me water and towels, and someone else got the manager. Marilyn ask me if I was taking any new meds, blink the light came on, so she gave me 4 anticid tablets, and I drank some milk. My stomach was so upset all night, and my throat hurt. When I got home I took the new med. So I guess you know I will be taking that from now on. I didnt take it before because the pills had not been bothering me but oh boy they all ganged up on me last night. I was so wore out that I slept till 11:00 today. I never do that.
